冷やし中華
もやしネギ炒め
サークルの練習日前に、急いで作った夕食です。
パパが冷やし中華が食べたいとリクエストしてたらしく、
ママが買い置きしてくれていた冷やし中華セットでリクエストにお応え。
あとは、私が大好きなもやしを使って、
たっぷりのネギと一緒に炒めただけの、簡単な一品。
おかずの手抜きな解説は続きをどうぞ
フライパンにごま油、おろしにんにくを熱し、
刻んだネギを加えて、香が出るまで炒めたあと、
水気をしっかり切ったもやしを投入～♪
少量の味覇を、これまた少量の醤油とみりんで溶かしたものを
回しかけて、軽く塩を振って出来上がりっ+.ﾟ(*´∀｀)bﾟ+.ﾟ
大好きなもやしは、シンプルな味付けで炒めるだけのが
私は一番好きなんですっ(○´∀｀)ﾉﾞ
冷やし中華のトッピングには、前日の残り物の焼きナスを。
フルーツトマトが激あまでおいしゅうございました！
ここ最近はだいぶ涼しくなってきたけど、
まだまださっぱりメニューが恋しゅうございます。。。

ずっと更新が無くてちょっぴり心配してたんだけど・・・
私も子供の夏休み後半はとっても忙しくてPC触ってなかったんだけど、久々に遊びに来たらUPされてて嬉しかった～♪
